Riga Dance club

In Riga Dance club, 27 April 1999

      In 1990 participants of folklore ensemble Savieši (in that time - under management of Velta Leja) have decided to arrange dancings each fourth rehearsal - one time in two weeks, in which could take part all wishing. It was begining of the Riga Dance club.
    Since then are varied rooms, organizers, musicians and dancers too, but, despite of it, all these years in Tuesdays dancings were carried out.
    In Dance club we dance non-stylized Latvian folk dances like its are danced also hundred years ago.
    Anyone can participate. Dancings are carried out in different places and on different conditions, please look at the table below for the years 2009-2010.
